In the summer of 2021 Collective Ending partnered with invited collaborators across the disciplines of fashion, publishing, film and performance to host creative happenings in our home at Collective Ending HQ. ‘Parasol’ offered an alternative programme of interdisciplinary events that celebrated exchange and collaboration between art forms, and focused on the importance of the live experience.⁣

In July we welcomed Voodoo 4U for their first catwalk show. Voodoo 4U focuses on colourful handmade embroidery on second-hand clothes, with drawings designed by the visual artist and performer Gianna T.⁣

The catwalk reflected the collectiveness, ethos, and attitude that Voodoo 4U carries, by highlighting the project's collaborative nature and including as partners the fashion designers Marysa Ciach, Grotto Maison, Corpografie & Itiya Studio. The catwalk was accompanied by live experimental music from the sound artist Aprigoat.⁣
