Victoria Kaldan exhibited with Collective Ending as part of ABSINTHE §2.
Victoria is an interdisciplinary artist working across performance, moving image, installation and sound. Her practice deals with the ontological shift from ‘who am I’ to ‘where am I’ – the body as a field for dual experience of physical and virtual. Her work frequently adopts a lo-fi aesthetic, incorporating everyday objects and found materials alongside digital innovations.
Victoria lives and works in Copenhagen and London. She graduated with an MA in Sculpture from Royal College of Art in 2017, having previously completed her BA in Comparative Literature at University of Copenhagen (2012). Recent exhibitions and projects include: Studio4 Residency (w.Nadja Voorham) at Chisenhale Studios (London, 2019), Now You See It // Now You Don't (Group Exhibition) at Weserhalle (Berlin, 2019), Click Festival of Contemporary Art, Science and Technology (Curator) at The Culture Yard (Helsingor, 2016).
