Mitch Vowles exhibited with Collective Ending as part of ABSINTHE Prologue, ABSINTHE §1, ABSINTHE §2 & Old Friends, New Friends.
Mitchell Vowels’ work utilises the dialogue of performance in art. Explored through a wide range of mediums, the work is intuitively constructed around pre-existing objects and their inherent or subjective meaning, drawing lines between consumerism and class. The work plays with self-referentiality but fundamentally attempts to broaden artistic comment and condition.
